Pricing

OneClickDBA pricing options for on-demand DBA work, monthly hour blocks, and corporate database administration agreements.

Pricing Options

OneClickDBA offers flexible pricing models so companies can choose the level of database support that fits their workload, urgency, and operational needs.

On-Demand Hourly Support

For occasional troubleshooting, performance reviews, architecture questions, or urgent database work, you can request support by the hour.

  • Standard rate: $99/hour
  • No long-term commitment
  • Work is estimated before it starts
  • You pay only for the accepted and delivered work
  • Ideal for isolated tasks, production incidents, and one-off consulting requests

Monthly Hour Blocks

Companies that expect recurring database work can contract a monthly block of hours in advance and receive a better hourly rate.

This option is useful when you want regular access to senior DBA expertise without hiring a full-time database administrator. Monthly hour blocks can be used for tasks such as performance tuning, health checks, migrations, automation, troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and reliability improvements.

The number of hours is agreed in advance based on your expected needs.

If the actual work performed during the month is lower than the contracted block, OneClickDBA will invoice the lower amount:

  • the contracted monthly hour block, or
  • the actual hours spent during the month, billed at the standard hourly rate

This means you can reserve DBA availability and benefit from better pricing, while still avoiding unnecessary cost when the month requires less work than expected.

Corporate and Enterprise Agreements

For larger organizations, critical platforms, or continuous database operations, OneClickDBA can negotiate a custom corporate agreement.

This option is designed for heavier commitments, such as dedicated weekly capacity, long-term database reliability programs, or full-time equivalent support. As a reference, this usually starts around 40 or more hours per week, but the final scope, pricing, availability, and service terms are defined together with the customer.

Corporate and enterprise agreements may include:

  • dedicated weekly or monthly capacity
  • priority response
  • recurring operational reviews
  • architecture and reliability planning
  • proactive performance work
  • support for multiple database engines or teams
  • custom reporting and coordination

  • Flexible support: use on-demand hours, monthly blocks, or a custom enterprise agreement.
