The steps in detail

1- Customer opens a ticket on tickets.oneclickdba.com

Any customer can raise a ticket on tickets.oneclickdba.com.
You only need your LinkedIn account to authenticate with the platform. This is the best way to verify yourself as a customer and for us to review your profile.

Fill in all the necessary fields on the ticket and provide as much information as possible so we can send you a quote and finalize the ticket.

2- The Customer and OneClickDBA agree on the milestone to finish the ticket

This might be the most important step, as OneClickDBA will only receive the quoted payment once the described milestone is achieved.
This step may involve meetings to ensure both parties agree on the milestone and its complexity.

3- Customer deposits quoted money on Escrow.com

We will use an escrow transaction through the Escrow.com platform.
Please refer to their help pages to understand how the process works on their side. Everything is clearly defined and transparent.

This means that until the customer approves the transaction on Escrow.com, OneClickDBA will not receive payment.
We believe this is the best way to ensure that the money remains secure and is released when it should be.

4- OneClickDBA works and completes the Ticket according the milestone

OneClickDBA will work to resolve the issue described in the ticket and ensure the milestone is achieved.
We will stay in contact throughout the process to share progress, gather additional data, connect to any database or platform, and more.

Once OneClickDBA resolves the ticket according to the milestone, we will close the ticket and contact the customer with the results.

5- Customer approves the milestone on Escrow.com

The customer appoves the milestone on Escrow.com platform.

6- Escrow.com release the payment to OneClickDBA

Escrow.com release the payment to OneClickDBA.
